Water is not always just water

Water has many quality forms, including: tap water, industrial water, softening water, demineralised water, RO (EDI) water, chlorinated water and water for injection. Each of these types of water has its own requirements for buffering, circulating and dosing.

It is important that the water continues to move sufficiently. This prevents the formation and deposition of microorganisms, it also ensures that the temperature remains stable and that the water can be sterilized inline. The design of the piping system must be done in accordance with the “snake”, so that all pipe sections are flowed through and there are no dead pieces. This guarantees your water quality.

Cold process water is required in many production processes.The CPW achieves this in an efficient and safe manner. The CPW is equipped with a UV unit that ensures that it is disinfected before it is dosed into your product or production process Through an advanced pressure control, the pressure of the process water can be controlled very precisely. In this way, your production process is assured of cold process water of correct specifications

Versions

The CPW is modular, so it can be put together according to your requirements and wishes. The CPW also has access to various buffer capacities, so that it perfectly meets your specific needs.

The CPW can be equipped with a “heat sanitisation” step, where the entire system can be hot sterilised.

If you have little purchase (in certain periods), trim cooling is an option, the process water is then kept at the desired temperature to prevent the growth of microorganisms.
