Infra-red sees what you cannot see
Do you suspect a problem with the heat exchanger, but nothing can be seen? In no time, we will be able to tell you whether your suspicion is correct.

With infra-red, we can quickly and easily see perfectly whether there is indeed a defect, or whether the plate heat exchanger will soon cause problems. Both in heat exchangers in production and in utility applications.
This cannot be seen with the naked eye.
Curious how it works?
We start with the advantage that we don’t have to open the exchanger. We use an infra-red camera/thermal imaging camera to measure the temperatures.
If we see an abnormality, we know that there is a potential blockage, damage or leakage in the plate heat exchanger.
You now have the advantage that you can schedule the production stop yourself, instead of letting the pasteurizer, UHT or CIP set ‘choose’ the moment.
The picture shows plate heat exchangers with a uniform temperature pattern. You don’t have to worry about this heat exchanger.
