\nThe conductivity transmitter measures the concentration of detergent in your process installation by means of conductivity. In other words: is enough cleaning agent used and is it gone? After a while, the measurements of the transmitter may start to deviate. The possible consequence:<\/p>\n

\ud83d\uded1 Too little chemistry: the process installation is insufficiently cleaned, which endangers food safety<\/p>\n

\ud83d\uded1 Too much chemistry: a waste of money and an increased burden on the environment<\/p>\n

\ud83d\uded1 Chemicals remain in the installation: recalls due to cleaning agent in the products<\/p>\n

It is therefore important to check the conductivity transmitter(s) at least 2 times a year with buffer calibration fluids. You can order these from the supplier of your conductivity transmitter(s).<\/p>\n
