Unpleasant surprise<\/h3>\n

When it comes to the heat exchanger, you probably don’t want surprises.
\nThat’s why last week we took you into the colourful world of infrared. Today we’ll tell you about the other (to be fair, less spectacular) form of visual inspection: the A-size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The head and end plate of the plate package compress the package. As a result, the gaskets change over time: their elasticity decreases and they have to be pressed harder to stay tight<\/strong>. You probably already feel what we are about to tell you \ud83d\ude44.
\nThere is a moment when you start to feel wetness.<\/strong>
\nAnd then you’re too late.<\/p>\n

Of course, we bring good news: the A-size is going to save you!
\nWe measure the distance between the head and end plate. Do they deviate from the factory size (=A-size) or are they unevenly tightened? Then a potential leak is imminent.<\/strong> You can now take action so that the production goes into scheduled maintenance.<\/p>\n

Always better than an (unpleasant) surprise effect, right?<\/p>\n
