\n\u2714 Ensure good pressure regulation on the CIP supply
\n\u2714 Direct and complete spraying has the greatest impact
\n\u2714 Adjust the spray pattern to the application (180\u00b0, 270\u00b0, 360\u00b0)
\n\u2714 Take obstacles into account, such as nozzles, baffles, filters, and ventilation\/venting
\n\u2714 Prevent loosened product from flowing back into the spray ball
\n\u2714 Avoid tank damage by correctly calculating ventilation\/venting<\/p>\n
\n\u2714 Regularly check the operation and condition of the spray balls
\n\u2714 Validate the spraying with the Riboflavin test<\/p>\n
\nThe surface is sprayed with a fluorescent riboflavin solution. After a CIP cycle, UV light is used to check whether everything has been properly cleaned.<\/p>\n
