We’re under enough pressure, don’t you think?
So, let’s talk about the pressure of your installation. Is it also ‘under pressure’?

Not only the flow determines the quality of your CIP, but also the pressure on the spray balls.
Too little pressure results in too little impact and reach of the spray ball.
Too much pressure causes the liquid to atomize, which removes the cleaning effect of the spray ball.
It is therefore important that the pressure matches the chosen spray ball or jet nozzle. You can find the correct pressure and flow in the documentation of your spray ball(s).
