Ingredient 3 is the right components.
The most important factor?
A double separation between CIP fluid and product.
You can achieve this via:
- A coupling plate
- Block and bleed single-seat valves
- Mix-proof valves (double seal and double-seat)
All solutions are leak-proof (mix-proof).
