Proces vs. software
13 February 2026
When software projects fail
it’s not the technology that’s to blame,
but something else.
Customers almost never come because they “need software.”
They come because something needs to change in their production process.
If software doesn’t follow that process, we’re building something no one really wants.
That’s why we don’t start with code, but with questions:
- What do you really want to solve?
- What happens if you do nothing?
- What absolutely mustn’t go wrong?
If that’s clear, the software will follow automatically.
Software is your tool, not the goal, right?
What challenges do you face with process automation?
