Mechanical engineers are very important for the development of your process installation. They translate your P&ID into a fully developed 3D model and can immediately see which bottlenecks are coming your way.

How do our mechanical engineers work?
Our mechanical engineers combine their knowledge and experience and translate this into a 3D model in Autodesk Inventor.
From the process diagram (P&ID), they create the entire skid step by step in 3D: pipes, fittings, frames, pumps, instrumentation and constructions.
Each component is accurately modelled, checked in detail in terms of installation, hygiene and process functionality.
The 3D model forms the basis for further engineering steps: production drawings, construction calculations, bills of materials (BOM) and isometric drawings.
Everything fits together seamlessly, making the step from design to realization smooth.

Working in 3D gives you a realistic and technically complete picture of your installation and the environment where it will be placed, even before the first weld.
You immediately see how all components come together in a single, consistent model. This allows us to identify problems early in, for example, space utilization, maintenance accessibility, or assembly sequence and we can make adjustments in time. This prevents surprises and delays during realization and implementation.
We can also use the 3D models for a comprehensive 3D review.
