Membrane filtration

What do you want to separate or concentrate?

Membrane filtration is a filtration process in which particles are removed from a liquid by means of separation based on particle size.

By applying a specific membrane with a specific pore size and the right speed across the membrane, the desired separation can be obtained.

Fluidz engineering offers a range of possibilities in the field of filtration of foodstuffs:

  • Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, Nanofiltration and Reverse Osmosis
  • Diaphragm types: spiral wounds, hollowfibre, ceramic, metallic, plate
  • Filtration methods: crossflow, slide filtration
  • CIP cleanable
  • skidmounted
