How our software engineers work

1. Analysis & Translation to FDS
We analyze your process description and P&IDs and translate them into a Functional Description (FDS), which forms the basis for the software architecture.

2. Process Software and Visualization Development
Based on the FDS, we develop the PLC software and visualization (HMI/SCADA), fully tailored to your production process.

3. Software Engineer Testing
The software engineer extensively tests the system in our development and simulation environment.

4. Quality control by process engineer
Our process engineer will perform the second validation. This ensures we don’t overlook any details.

5. Software Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
You will be invited to evaluate the process software in our FAT environment. Only when you are completely satisfied, we will move on to the next phase.

6. On-site commissioning
Our engineers implement the software at your location and supervise the entire commissioning process.

7. Training & Support
After delivery, you will receive training and support via remote access and on-site service.

Our software engineers work closely with our process engineers, ensuring the final result is always functional, pragmatic, and fully tested.
