At least, not at Fluidz.
We often hear that this approach is unique.
At Fluidz, software engineers and process engineers work closely together. Once the PLC software and visualization have been developed and tested, the process engineer handles the second validation.
And you can be sure they’ll be critical, because there’s nothing quite like it when your colleague forgets something. Then they get to treat us to a sausage roll 🙂.
Besides a perfect end result (and sometimes a sausage roll), this close collaboration has another advantage: the software is always functional and pragmatic. That’s truly valuable.
